Support is important, and we’ve integrated an in-app support tool to help solve any issues you may encounter in Podcast Guru. We hope you don’t need to use the support feature, but we are always happy when you do.

If you have basic questions you can head over to the Podcast Guru FAQ for Android page to see if that can help.
To use the in-app support tool in the Podcast Guru Android app, tap the Hamburger Icon to open the Navigation Menu, then tap the Feedback item. This will open a feature where you can not only describe the issue, it will also help us debug whatever is going on. It’s also a good way to leave general feedback and any feature requests you may have. We also included a fancy illustration of how to open it below.

iPhone support
If you have basic questions about Podcast Guru on the iPhone, feel free to visit the Podcast Guru iPhone FAQ page to see if that can help.
To get in-app support on Podcast Guru for iPhone, navigate to your profile tab. There you will find the “Feedback” button. Tap that, and you will be able to report bugs, and ask questions directly to us, the developers!
